Review: Q&A a Day – 5 Year Journal.

Processed with Rookie

I bought the Q&A a day journal at the start of the year, after spotting it a few months ago and wanting it since. It actually came in the post on the 1st February so I felt that worked out fairly nicely. It feels better starting something on the first of the month!

It’s a does-what-it-says-on-the-tin book, you are asked a different question every day of the year and have 4 lines to fill in your answer. What makes this book such a good idea in my opinion is that once you’ve filled in an entire year, you just start again, as there is space for 5 years worth of answers! I really can’t wait to look back on this after 5 years and see how my answers have changed.

I think this would make a really nice gift, either for someone else or as a treat to yourself! If you are one of those people, like I am, that is always promising themselves they will start writing in a journal every day, but never keeping that promise, this book is perfect for you! I’ve found that if I know I will be too busy the following day or two to write in it, I can answer some of the questions preemptively, or retrospectively if I remember a day or two after.

Questions I’ve had so far include:

  • Did you kiss someone today?
  • What is your resolution for tomorrow?
  • On a scale of 1 to 10, how sad are you? Why?
  • If this day was an animal, what animal would it be?
  • Are you seeking contentment or excitement?

As you’ve probably guessed from this review, I adore this book. If you think it might be for you, I got mine from Amazon UK here.

Do you have this journal, or a similar one? Or do you think you might give it a go? Let me know in the comments!
